 Wasn't EFI actually created by someone other than Intel. I thought I read that somewhere a long time ago, I could be wrong. It could also be those drugs the military gives us Tongue here's the Wiki take on it-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extensible_Firmware_Interface.

the only firm witch have a EFI Bios ist MSI, so far as i know

Apple is the only one who does only EFI. But infact they did it only to protect MacOS from running on normal PCs.
