The article on Intels fine in the EU has a slight error which might have been updated in a newer version:
Intel CEO Paul Otellini claims the EC's decision to impose a €1.06 fine against the chipmaker is wrong and that it ignores the reality of a highly competitive microprocessor marketplace.

I think the fine would probably need a "billion" or similar in there.
