Am I missing something?  The GPUs which make up the 4870  X2 cards are apparently not "multi-chip module" parts and have been selling well.  Why "Graphics guys will stay away from this technology for the time being" is beyond me. Huh

I've read somewhere that they are having a problem with 40nm at the fabs...it is very leaky and will probably only be used for mid range cards till it's sorted.
