IS MY CPU RUNNING TOO HOT?

I have an old athlon 3500+ overclocked on 2.86GHz.My temp at full load is about 56*C.My motherboard temp is about 30-36.Should i worry?Should do something?

Hi m8.
I recall old Athlons getting rather hot, but 56 aint to bad at full load i guess.
If it runs stable, no bsods or such - then i guess its fine
