OUCH    I remember when I bought 2 gig it was like $275.00 for it.  But, that was some FREE MONEY THEN.  No way in hell I would ever pay that much for memory again!

Yeah I would have to agree on that.  Back in September I ended up spending a little over $340 on 4GB of Crucial Ballistix Tracer DDR2 8500.  Although I would never regret the purchase in my life (or at least for the sake of the current hardware status of my PC)  , I do have to say that I got suckered out of a good sum of money when I learned that I could have saved $80 bucks had I waited 2 months.
