The mainboard on the picture clearly has a PGA socket while the 1207 is for LGA packages, so unless AMD seriously changed the physical specifications for the "+" in 1207+, the pictured board most likely is for AM2(+) CPUs.

I was reminded that the single socket (Socket AM2+) 790X (or RD790 whatever they like to call this time) board has four PCI-E x16 slots, but the reference board of dual socket (Socket F+ or 1207+, I hate these prelimilary names!) RD790 board has only three PCI-E x16 slots...

And, yes, that's a socket AM2+ with 940 pinouts in the image, so BINGO!

One single-slot card and three dual-slot cards, and left no vancant expansion slots (PCI-E x1 and PCI), which is kind of nice.
