I took down this article as the screenshots were fake and we are working
We apologies for any incontinence that we caused
Some Swedish boys just had fun and made the screenshots based on the scores I already posted and that I knew that are valid.
In the meantime we still believe that this one is the right one

Franck Delattre, the author of CPUz confirmed that CPUz is not even looking after L3 cache on the K8. On that image the CPU is exactly recognized as K8 (AMD Opteron 148 UP).

Also CPUz can recognize only 130nm and 90nm on the s940, but not 65nm.
So, you can also take down your older article and in future try to do some research before you publish another fake. Think about the credibility of FUDzilla.

What credibility ?  Just kidding. Now look, as I already said once before, nobody here wants to mislead people on purpose, but mistakes do happen. There are no truly reliable sources when it comes to this kind of news, our editor chose to publish it based on other information he had at the moment, but the people behind the prank used the same info for their fakes and that's that...

My sources in AMD confirmed and Frank confirmed as well that "he doesnt know what will happen with K10 L3 cache" as he doesnt have the CPU. The next time I will try to get a screenshot of the one with a validation and solve all the problems.

I asked about Fudzilla's K10 CPU-Z screenshot to Franck(=CPU-Z author, of course) today, and he replied as below:

"Yes it is a fake. cpuz does not even try to read a L3 on AMD CPUs, so there
is not way it can detect any L3."

So, we need more time to know the real K10 information...

You have the facts served right in front of your face. When will you stop denying them and stop the degradation of your and the credibility of FUDzilla?
I doubt that you'll be able to validate K10 without a version of CPUz which supports it properly, because of CPUz anti-fake protection.
Here is what Franck said after the release of CPUz 1.40:

If you can get a K10, why post screen shots of monitor with CPUz in the background?
Instead make pictures of the CPU it self, do some real-life benchmarks and publish them. Also you can try CPUz 1.39, just to be sure that your images are fake.

Those "stepping B0" screenshots are not in-house, they were sent by someone to Fudo earlier, and thus is a setup.

Journalists who wrote articles regarding a product being unreleased/still under developement/under embargo from NDA sources/in-house source after signing NDA, breaches the NDA and the person who leaks will face serious lawsuits and thus great amount of claims from the firm. As according to wikipedia, though should not to be cited as primary sources, "A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), is a legal contract between at least two parties which outlines confidential materials or knowledge the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict from generalized use. In other words, it is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement."

I think things like product images and benchmarks are also included. So you see while Intel, and sometimes AMD/ATI, or rarely NVIDIA happily touting benchmark numbers and stuff, and not allowing sites like AnandTech/TGDaily/Hexus to do so with benchmarks and reviews. A good example is the R600 event in Tunisia, where literally nobody writes anything about the R600 until the NDA expires on May 14, the day the Radeon HD 2900 XT launched (See also III).

So you see why The Inq and Fudo undisclose the sources when leaking information (since someboday in the Inq do not sign NDAs, I don't know if Fudzilla allows staff not to sign NDAs, see also II), and not including product images or benchmarks, but CPU-Z screenshots and text. Because the CPU-Z screenshots and plain guessing stuff (Warning naive comments: yeah, so I can be merely guessing, and you cannot say I'm being told by a NDA source, but I get those stuff all correct, hurrah!) were, I think, not covered by the NDA! If The Inq and Fudo posted product images/real-life benchmarks numbers (not screenshots from benchmark softwares, cause this can be fake as "B0 stepping" benchmarks!) not officially publicized by the firms, they will be in deep trouble, like Mageek on P4 review (See also II).

If you're a journalist and you like to post NDA stuff (you're saying images and benchmark numbers of unreleased products under embargo/NDAs) on the net, fine, nobody stops you, but be prepared to receive letters from attorneys and face lawsuits.
