Dear Fudo,

first of all, congratulations to your own webpage and ITC news portal.
Looks fine !
I like your news, know them from the Inquirer lately an I like your style to
write news.  Smiley

Fudo, tell us pls something about Epox, your knowlege about the past last jear with them.
A short summery pls.
Mainboard manufacturer on the sinking ship ?
Distribution in Europe goes toward the zero point. Udmost dealers dont sell still mainoards of Epox. Why ?
If some search for the reasons is to anything, one does not find anything concrete.

thanks

I think Epox is already some kind of sunken, you can only get 3 Epox Mainboards here at german retailers (http://geizhals.at/?fs=Epox&in=&x=0&y=0) and even those are rare.
It would be bad to loose a good mainboard manufacturer like Epox, my socket A Epox board runs still without problems, for a few years now.

I found out that Epox has not vanished completely, they only left the european market cause of the ROHS guideline of the EU. They closed their offices in germany, switzerland and austria cause of the new guideline. So you can still get epox boards via import in the EU

Thought Supox had what was left ? Must admit I hadn't heard of them until I stumbled across this the other day SUPoX Announces Intel X58 LGA1366 Mainboard SUPoX AP58+GTR
Quote from: post#6
Supox is what is left of Epox , their employees who lost their employment got togeather and started another company , Supox . So basicly Supox is Epox
