When is the Crosshair II Formula going to be in stores already I'm getting very, very aggravated

Guys can you help me out? I'm looking to up grade my computer motherboard, processor, and ram, but I want to have ddr3 ram. Is socket AM2+ able to support ddr3 ram or is that only AM3. and what is the big difference between the two.

When are fusion details reveled?
 

Picture the fps of 3 or even 4 gpu if thats possible.
