Loads of abbreviations for €109

Gigabyte's GA-MA790GP-DS4H is the first 790GX board to be listed in Europe, and at €109 the price sounds nice, considering a 790FX board with two PCIe x16 slots would set you back €100-€110.

With Gigabyte's 790GX you'll get the new SB750 Southbridge, Radeon HD 3300 with 128MB of DDR3 SidePort memory in the same price region. The board itself has 4 DDR2 slots, 2x PCIe 2.0 x16, 1x PCIe x1, 2x PCI, VGA, DVI, HDMI, 4 external an 8 internal USBs, one external and two internal Firewire ports, Gigabit LAN and 7.1 audio.

Thanks to the new SB750 it supports SATA II RAID 0/1/0+1/5 (SB750). Retailers expect to have the new board in stock in one to three weeks and you can find the listing here.
