A new beginning for the ponytail

A new month means a new beginning, and we can confirm that ex-Riva station, ex-Toms Hardware Guide and ex-ATI/AMD Technical PR Manager, Lars Weinard, has moved to Nvidia.

This nice fellow went from an editor’s chair to a technical marketing role at Nvidia, and he made a nice stop at ATI / AMD doing the same thing. Obviously, he picked up a lot of experience and secrets at DAAMIT, so he will definitely be a valuable part of Nvidia now.  

He knows what he is doing and he is one of the most experienced former journalists who went into the business industry, and we are sure he will do fine with the green team.

We hope that he will find peace with Nvidia’s Borg culture and, of course, we wish him a lot of luck and success with his new position.  This is a huge loss for ATI and a big win for Nvidia.
