Despite the lack of confirmation from Nintendo
Our sources tell us that Nintendo is already laying the groundwork for an announcement of a new chapter in the Zelda saga for E3 in June. According to the whispers that we are hearing from the shadows, despite public non-committal comments about the future of the franchise, a surprising new adventure appears to be on the horizon.
While some are suggesting a chapter in the franchise that will feature a new structure and design elements that will set it apart from previous releases, we have to admit that we agree that it will feature extensive use of the Wii Motion Plus technology. The goal of building something fresh could be a lofty one, but we do hear that the development team seems ready to take the franchise in a new direction that will live up to the heritage of the franchise.
We still have a long way to go until June before the actual specifics will be known.
