World's first claim

BVM has released the LV-676 which it claims is be the world's first Mini-ITX motherboard to support Intel's leading-edge Quad Core processors. The company holes it will put its hardware ahead of the curve in processor-intensive applications such as high-definition video and graphics based gaming.
The board is based on the Intel Q965 Express chipset and supports the Intel Core 2 Duo Processor with Intel Virtualization Technology, Intel Pentium D 900 sequence and Pentium 4 processors in the LGA775 socket.

It uses Intel's Fast Memory Access technology to optimise bandwidth and to reduce memory access latency.
The board uses wider internal data buses that support dual-channel DDR2 memory technology at 800MHz.  This gives better platform performance and memory flexibility.  Graphics are based on the Intel GMA 3000 architecture.
