Finnish
handset giant Nokia has announced plans to shut down its fledgling N-Gage games service next year.

However, this doesn't necessarily mean that Nokia will pull out of the mobile gaming space altogether, as it plans to flog games via Ovi Store. Unfortunately, Nokia's Ovi Store isn't doing too well either, at least not when you compare it to Apple's app store.

Nokia doesn't plan to release any new N-Gage games, but it will keep selling existing games until the September 2010.
