Atom N470 1.86GHz comes in March |

Atom N450, clocked at 1.66GHz, should start shipping on January
3rd for $64. That is some $20 more that currently available Atom N270 clocked
at 1.6GHz. Since this CPU won’t really make a big difference, all eyes will be
upon Atom N470 that is scheduled to launch in March.
This faster iteration of an Atom processor works at 1.86GHz
has the same 512KB cache and fits the same FCBGA8 socket. Once it launches
in March it will be selling for $75.
We are of course talking about the netbook version of the
CPU as this one is the most exciting one. The desktop versions should also
launch in first days of January for both dual and single core.
