Based on AMD's 760G chipset

MSI has introduced a new AMD AM2 micro-ATX motherboard, the 760GTM-P33. This value micro-ATX motherboard is based on AMD's 760G + SB710 chipset combination and features ATI Radeon HD 3200 integrated graphics, the same IGP that can be found on the 780G chipset.

The rest of the specifications include 3+1 phase VRM for AM2+ with MSI's APS (active phase switching) feature, two DIMM slots for DDR2 memory, six SATA and one IDE port, single PCI-Express x16 slot, two plain PCI and one PCI-Express x1 slot. The VRM supports up to 125W TDP CPUs. The back panel includes PS/2 ports, D-Sub and DVI outputs, four USB ports, Gigabit Ethernet port and audio jacks for integrated 7.1-channel audio.

The new motherboard should be available pretty soon, and as this is a value motherboard the price should be around the $85 mark.
