First of many non-reference cards

The guys from itocp.com managed to snatch some pictures of an HIS HD 4770 card which will use a non-reference dual slot cooler. We are sure that many partners will come up with their non-reference cards, but HIS has the privilege of being the first one to have its card pixellized.

The card features a 128-bit memory interface paired up with 512MB of GDDR5 memory, 640 stream processors and two DVI outputs. According to the first reports the card should work at 750MHz for the core and 3,200MHz for memory.

The new info places the launch date on April 28th, but if that rumored date isn't correct, we should see it launched during the first week of May. The reference card should sell at US $99.
