Expects to announce the new project soon
After Namco Bandai’s U-Haul repossession of all of the materials and IP for the Splatterhouse title that the developer was working on, the company has now confirmed officially that they are no longer working on Splatterhouse and they wish Namco Bandai all the best in finishing the title.
Despite what some sources have been saying, it appears that BottleRocket might have something else in the hopper after all. The company went out of its way to let everyone know that they are working on a new soon-to-be-announced project. The company continues, despite reports indicating that they might be on the ropes.
While no real details have been released from BottleRocket on what they are working on, or if they have a publisher for what they are working on, the company is indicating that they will continue to work on this new project. Despite our best efforts, it would seem things are “hush hush” on what this new project could be.
