We'll be there

This Sunday, MSI will be hosting the Master Overclocking Arena 2008 in Taipei, Taiwan and we'll be there to cover the event. Some of the best overclockers from Europe, South Africa, Australia and Asia will be competing against each other.

We're missing any U.S. entrants and we're not sure why MSI has excluded them from the event. France, Greece and Turkey will be representing Europe, as they won the European leg of the competition.

The event is sponsored by Intel, Nvidia, Western Digital and OCZ, and there's a full list of the components being used on the Master Overclocking Arena 2008 Website. Only two different benchmarks will be used for the competition stage, Super Pi and 3DMark01 SE, and each team has 50 minutes to come up with the fastest scores for each of the two benchmarks.

You can find some more details about the competition here and we'll be there to cover the event on Sunday, so check back with us then to find out what went on and who won.
