Promising chipset at MWC

Sony has sent out the invites for the press conference at the Mobile World Congress and it is expected to launch a new version of Xperia X and Xperia XA. The Sony G3221 phone, which we expect to launch as the Xperia XA, features 16nm Helio P20.

MediaTek has announced Helio P20 SoC at the Mobile World Congress 2016 and Meizu is the first company to have a phone based on this 16nm FinFET mainstream chip. 

Shaping a 16nm FinFET part

The Coolpad A9S-9 is the first phone spotted in the GFX Bench database and what makes this phone special is the fact that this is the first time we've seen a 16nm FinFET Plus based Helio P20 in the wild.
