At last, we would be able to buy ultrathin notebooks with ultragraphics at ultralow prices!!! I wouldn't be surprised to see Intel fanboys to be among the first to rush for the Trinity ultrathin notebooks specially after seeing the F1 racing car racing on its own...:-)

You're right there's definitely something odd going on, I once tried to find a full HD laptop, there wasn't one single AMD based one, this was before Llano however. The reason is most likely the stupidity of laptop makers. After a long search I was able to find HP Probook 6465b(14" 1600x900) With Llano, and I got the second "biggest" edition, the only difference from the bigger being it has SSD, but yeah remember how Llano needs bandwith? Well that escaped HP, two slots, and just one 4Gb DDR3 block.. And it's a business laptop, so I suspect pure and simple stupidity.

There are a lot of 1366x768 fifteen inch screen Llano notebooks. That size is IMHO not what the market really wants. Odd that, very strange... no I will not use the intel-word. But I do wonder.

the 8h was for the showcased C50 asus. there was a lot of discussion on amdzone forums when llano came out as to whether or not llano laptops would be great or not. i guess it turns out there were some very good ones but most were pretty average. which is ok to me for a first generation product. it sounds like trinity will bring some great designs!

A lot of people think BD uses a lot of power, but the reality is that it does that only when all cores are fired up.,Iin idle or low usage it's pretty modest, so I can imagine a two module improved BD aka piledriver using less and be able to achieve those 8h.
