Well, you cannot deny AMD tried a new approach, can you? Denying it is blindness. FX-8150 is on par with 2600k on heavily threaded apps, that's the only think that counts for some people (mostly for servers). It lacks a good instruction execution per clock on fewer cores to compete otherwise. BTW, Super XP never said AMD was the best and "elite comments" ... well, no comments.

This is the fault of AMD's past management trying to cut costs by removing precision hand work (Ensuring Max CPU Performance) and not working with MS as aggressively as they've done in the past which made the Athlon 64 very successful and ultimately forced Intel to create the Conroe architecture.

Can I have some of that shit which ur smoking BRA? Really u think MS will release patch will give equal performance of win8 for BD/Piledriver? Wake up BRA...Reason MS pulled the patch coz it was incomplete + provided inferior performance, could it get worst? And they are already in 6th gear on Windows 8 as per Theo Valich. So by the time you see the patch for windows 7 Piledriver will be out & it will have a ready fix...meaning u wait 3 quarters to run BD as it was meant to run when designed. I Laugh at u AMD faggets who think they're the best just a bunch of BETA testers

Great news !! I was worried I'd have to upgrade my OS again to the new Win 8 to fully appreciate bulldozer architecture. Hopefully Win 7 patch + Piledriver update = 20%+ performance increase per Watt = respectable desktop gaming (which is what it's all about for me!). Just hope Piledriver is sooner rather than later *fingers crossed*

Pulled coz patch gives 20% less framerate in Battlefield 3. It's that bad how AMD's new architechture is it is their fault they should've just taken HyperThreading approach they knew Windows 7 won't notice this THEY KNEW ALL ALONG..still they release a piece of shit for people to buy coz they want MONEY return on their R$D or they go bankrupt, end of the day you faggets gonna buy donkey shit if it has AMD label on it
