			<description><![CDATA[Actually, agreements are valid because they have basis in laws and these agreements under no laws can't override the constitutional right of a person. If free speech is such a right under British const., those that drafted the agreement didn't do their homework either, because it violates the const.. What he did can't be considered a breach of contract either, Facebook or not, where he talked was a private space, and hence he had the right to privacy and say what he wants, while the social media policy should have been valid only on a public place.]]></description>
