I dont think Intel and AMD are interested nor have any chips for low-end tablets between $200-$300 price range. They are targeting Win8 netbook/tablet-hybrid more of the $400 upwards range. ARM will get all the Android tablets and some Win8 notebooks.

Apple, Amazon and, eventually, Win 8 will own the tablet market. Apple rolls their own, Amazon is extremely price sensitive = Tegra is too expensive - and Amazon doesn't need the horsepower ... leaves future Windows 8 tablets, a year out, slow ramp up and competition not only from Qualcomm and TI, but Intel and AMD are also targetting this segment. If nVidia is pinning their future on Mobile, nVidia doesn't have much of a future.
