The only thing left to do is WAIT AGAIN for a single-slot AMD Tahiti! Radeon HD 7950!!! and its very large die and 384-bit wide memory bus interface and high VRAM clocks and PCI 3.0. Wait now, that would work wouldn't it? I mean, it is not as like I have any option to go to another motherboard or case or network MAC.

So far so good, and let me say that True Image Home 2012 is great software for clones and backups. Now the C: drive went from 300GB to 600GB - the size of the HDD. Koutech IO-PESA234 PCI-Express 2.0 Low Profile SATA III (6.0Gb/s) Dual Channel Controller Card w/ HybridDrive Support. It is only 5 GB/s in a x1 PCIe slot, but hey? the CPU slot is LGA 775 ICH10D0 and nobody can really afford a RevoDrive that large enough and then if you have the x4 or x2 slot on your motherboard too.

The Marvell controller card allows using an SSD (in my case, 256GB) as a Hyperduo springboard from a mirrored HDD in SAFE mode (- no worries if the SSD wears out in 5/6 years - you can just rebuild it, or use the Mirrored HDD alone as the OS startup drive. This card does everything for you...

A graphic card upgrade is only second to adding more RAM in difficulty, which is to say it is not in the least hard. The real hiccup I'd think would be for punters who are looking to buy a complete system.

jizzzas, I wanna live where You live. $120 for speedy SSD? Here in Poland, not only wages are 4xlower than UK, but as I've just checked, cheapest, not-that-speedy 120GB SSD goes for $133 before, $164 after taxes + shipping. And as I assume since it'a relatively small market, with few wholesalers, it's easier for those maggots, salesmen to rig prices and in effect price on a 1TB went up nothing less than 2,5 times. About the cards, I personally not buying nothing, until I see GTX460 equivalent for under $120 (before taxes). My 8800GT is old, but kicking.
