			<description><![CDATA[Yes, AMD needs to defend their server market and delivery incremental improvements they promised. I think so far, this has proven to be the case but power efficiency needs more work for them to compete with ARM based microserver chips. Here ARM might have a strong advantage if they can simplify the chips to boost the core counts up while keeping power requirement at bay. They might have up to 3 years before those ARM64 servers come in volume. If they really believe in Cloud Computing, they would realise they needed a multi-pronged approach.]]></description>
