I'm a long-time Intel user who decided to give AMD a whirl about 5 years ago, because of cost vs. performance, and was majorly disappointed in Bulldozer's benchmarks. I've since decided to go with Intel again until AMD gets their house in order....satisfied? I look at both sides of the coin, but one thing I don't do as a tech is lip off like Jurassic does...it just shows his level of maturity. ;-)

Yes, Jurassic...please get banned again so we won't have to endure anymore of your boorish mockery. It's bad enough dealing with hypercharged fanboys who just can't manage to shut their pieholes, but you take the entire cake with your 5th-gear ridicule of a company that really just needs a break. Intel would LOVE to pay you even MORE money than you're already earning in their employ as "AMD Lambaster" of the decade. Here's wishing AMD gets their research right and makes you eat your words.

Looking at the BD offerings at popular e-tailers like Newegg and TigerDirect and the lack of stock of 8120 and 8150 model dozers, I would say that GloFo is having a more general 32nm yield problem that is affecting all their 32nm offerings, not just Llano. They can't even keep the pipelines full of those dubious "upgrades" in their processor line. And it sure was nice here while your account was banned, Jurassic1024. Hope you mess up and get banned again soon.

I would love one of you couch CEO's to take the reigns at AMD. Then AMD would actually die and we can be rid of the cheapskate fanboys and their ridiculous comments.

Good job AMD, the more market share you can claw back the better for the industry. Now get this 32nm HKMG working right and give us Price/Performance/Competition that will knock the socks off Intel's CPU department. AMD needs to get back to the level they were at when they released the very successful code name Hammer Core i.e.: Athlon FX/64. I just hope AMD signs a joint contract with IBM for process technology and to assist in the innovation for faster more efficient Hyper Transport Technology.
