When I bought my ITX socket 775 (Nvidia 9300 chipset) from Zotac several years ago I had reservations. But besides a very well documented issue with lacking wake-on-usb which was fixed in a subsequent revision of the board, it has been my most stable build ever. Running a 2.8ghz core2 CPU 4GB DDR2 and 500GB 2.5" HD, all off of a 100watt power brick and mini-box DC-DC power supply. Plays blu-rays and rips beautifully at 1080p. Zotac makes great boards for the mini-HTPC market. They tech support is lacking though.
