			<description><![CDATA[smart TVs make sense the same way integrated GPUs do: for the low-end. this kind of integration always has to compromise, and in a mature market, modular approaches will be available as well. consider a TV: it's a monitor, speakers and tuner. these components are not synergistic in any way except packaging (the tuner can't be tweaked cheaper because it's only ever connected to one monitor, for instance). a smart TV just adds a basic computer to the mix. and that's the problem: computers rapidly go obsolete, and frequently need updating, and do not have clear performance windows. those are factors which argue _against_ integration.]]></description>
