bardenck:"above is one person's statement form the article you provided...i have two 460's NO PROBLEMS EVER... crap cpu's are their problem...the store he had his 460 tested at probably had a proper cpu." so your telling me a phenom 2 965 is not enough for a gtx 460, hahaah, then guess what their is something wrong with that card. it's the processor, no the psu, oh yea, it might be the memory too. BULLSIHT. it's the gpu, i changed it and now everything is fine. waiting on southern islands for battlefield 3. kepler is just going to be a shrunken down piece of shit, the arch was poorly designed and optimized from the start.

"Sold my gtx 460 two weeks ago (because of all the stutter). Ordered a gts 450 (gigabyte). Installed latest drivers.. games were still stuttering.. " "I went with the pc at the store from which i bought it.. showed them how my games were behaving.. they tested the card on their system .. said everything is fine... Then told me that something is wrong with my pc.. have me change the psu.. than the cpu.." above is one person's statement form the article you provided...i have two 460's NO PROBLEMS EVER... crap cpu's are their problem...the store he had his 460 tested at probably had a proper cpu.

http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=188690&st=40&p=1178712&hl=microstuttering &fromsearch=1&#entry1178712 that page is only one of hundreds on the nvidia forums, showing gtx 460 microstuttering , and a lot of people have this problem to this very day. I called Nvidia too, and you know what they said "it must be your memory. fermi is very picky with some memory" hahaaha, what the fck. so i went radeon 6870 and everything was fine, you should stop sucking jen's dick man. maybe then you would be able to hear how shit Nvidia is.

This is typical BS from the Nvidia spin machine. He speaks to a PR guy, for f**k sake. And of course Fudo just parrots it on this site, like Nick Farrell reading a press release (i.e. lazy incompetent 'journalism').

Stop the AMD-nV spam wars. It's clear that while nV only wanted to trick customers with BS and fake marketing (remember the fake fermi presentation ?), AMD did everything in it's power to make a good GPU and they did just that. The 5k and 6k series are a real success, undisputed. If nV wants to be back, they should start giving up the monoliths and start using a better architecture and tech.
