This is preposterous! apple just keeps sinking to new lows. And that "court" system needs a serious overhaul.... Christ we have gone from a species that adapts and furthers our technology to a species that stifles innovation and competition for such sort sighted goals like quarterly earnings. What is happening to the spirit of man. Its so sad.

Maybe Samsung should release a "deappling" kit: 1.) 4 rubber elements for the corners like you put on table corners to protect children from hurting their heads in case of a clash - also the thickness of the tablet whould increase. 2.) A pink adhesive tape to cover the metallic band. 3.) A foil to unflatten and matt the surface. 4.) A grey theme to remove the colour out of the icons. Cheap measure and we are able to buy good tablet stuff and not that lame fruit crap.

I can't believe what I'm reading... Quote from heise.de (translated to english) "The Galaxy Tab 10.1 copys following "different Elements": It's a rectangle product with 4 equally rounded corners", es hat "has a flat clear surface, which covers the front side of the device" and it shows "the view of a metallic band around the flat clear surface". Moreover when switched on it shows “colored icons on the display” and copys the “distincitve” thin profile of the IPad 2, so Apples lawyers..."
