That's what I've been using for K10/K10.5 CPUs for a while now, great software. I hope it gets updated soon with a better GUI, more features/options, and easier startup options like RMClock has. I'm not sure about your flags though, did you mean -StayOnTray? I looked for sysOnTray and didn't see anything. Personally, I've been using -lp:1 -nw -StayOnTray -ClkCtrl:1 ClkCtrl:1 allows each core to operate independently (unganged) instead of them all being in the same P-State all the time. Make sure to specify "Start In"!

yep I use K10Stat in task scheduler to start at startup with the "-nw -sysOnTray" command line options (you need these to sustain clocks/voltages through sleep/ hibernates, etc). At full load and even overclocked (with undervolting) I don't see the CPU/GPU get above 82C, which is pretty good considering at stock, it would hover around 75C under load. The fan kicks in full throttle around 80C or so. At idle it runs very cool and quiet (usually hovers around 35C) and the battery lasts easily 5-6 hours under moderate usage. I really love this laptop!

The "low performing piece of crap a8-3510mx" I got beats intel core i5-2520m and is on par with i7-720qm on multi threading and use less power on idle( not sure under load yet) after overclockng and undervolting to its full potential.

That is very true, I overclocked my llano dv6z to 2.8 ghz and it rarely hit 77 degrees even in heavy loads. @Decembermouse Yess, K10 stat is very very good for ondervolting/overclocking llano lappy. HP DV6z qe has a unlocked multiplier and bios( for some random reason) and comes with a 120w adapter even though it only use max 45w ish. In my opinion, its just begging to be overclocked :-) .
