If she was old enough to get pregnant i guess. What i meant from what rating you will get was not because of vanity more whether others share your point of view. Either i have lead a very sheltered life or America and England are very different places to work. I wouldn't say anything like what you describe goes on in any of the places of work i have been in. But i take your point about choosing between 2 bad options you can can sometimes do extreme things. The film 'The Box' was very good imo and was along these lines. I've not seen 13, the one with Jason Statham in it?

The choice after, she could have files a sexual abuse complaint, but that would have gotten a lot more messier for her seeing how at first she accepted that guys 'benefits'. The choice before, she could have had her guard up, but she didn't. After that she was treated pretty badly by the management, no just, the other soon-to-have-been boss should have had his ass raped instead of her. From this I draw the conclusions. It's not judgment or a self-serving ego booster, it's just observation. And as grownups, life is what it is, it's not the fairytales what we told as kids, it's hard, cold and real.

So yes, I see a choice... have a plan, don't get greedy, but if you do be prepared for the consequences. Same thing happens to men too, like that guy that wanted to buy the TPB, major rapage. Of course, rejecting them will lead to more severe consequences for a lot more people than yourself. I had colleagues who chose to cross this fine line and got screwed both literally and figuratively. I don't hate them, didn't gossip them, or judge them, heck with one I even got friends after everything, but I saw how she made a bad judgment call, and that's life, you take it up the ass if you do that.

Late comment... I could care less about the ratings. I mean, there are others with tons of thumbs down and they don't give a f***. But you're right, and I stand by what I said. To the 'choice' matter, if you put it that way, but the same principle would go for a lot of things/doings. Between loosing your house/car/etc and doing something would you kill/kidnap/traffic humans/drugs/blow up buildings? There's probably more that men could be asked to do but I'll stop here. Saw the movie 13? Same situation. The fine line between what you can achieve on your own and what you can get from benefits must be clear. If someone passes it, a woman f.e., than she'd better have her kids' lives assured and be prepared to get raped.

I will be intrigued as to what rating you get for those comments. I don't think you will make too many female friends it those! I think to say when a single mother is faced with either losing her job, her house, her car and any chance of getting another job with no car or letting her boss rape her then i don't think you would call it a choice. back to the slaves, i don't know as i wasn't there but i am sure not every slave will have been mistreated, yes ok they may not choose to be there but some will have had an ok life, compared to others anyway. And you never know, maybe the pretty young girls might have been given the choice to either work in the fields or let their owners rape them whenever they choose but don't worry, they get something too!!

The part with the mothers... they reap what they saw. Women, unlike in the animal world, have the choice. They pick they guys that f**k them, they choose not to do anything about domestic abuse, they to f**k and blow for a better life than putting wits and nerves to use, like a lot of men, who BTW don't get the BJ and doggy options as women do. Other women fight and that's why the treatment of women is protected and increasing... or let's put it this way, if she makes a joke about you having tiny balls you're hands are tied, if you do that about her ass you get a strike. Yea, a joke's a joke, just tell it right. Slaves didn't get dressed, but women do f**k their bosses, and I had enough colleagues that did it, both at school and at work.

OK, but the mocking of women is done on the basis that them, the women, do this to themselves. No all, but some. For a woman it's easy to say no to a BJ, but they don't thinking of the "reward". It's like saying slaves had the choice to be chained, beaten etc, Jews... you know what happens in the camps and so on, but they didn't refuse. It's not the same. Also "severe"... hardly. It isn't any more severe than women sparking up gossip that can put your carrier at risk and all of it without men having a single defense for that.

Ok so if you want to take my joke into the real world then yes its not funny to make a joke about such a bad period in history but then that is the same for almost all jokes. If we took the 'mocking' of females in the work place then we could talk about the severe sexual harassment that still goes on in some work places. Single mothers desperate to hold down their job that will do anything to keep their job. Let go back a few years domestic abuse was accept. If you want to talk about repression then who was given the vote first, black people or women? I rest my case. At the end of the day it was just a joke, funny or not. But most jokes takes the piss out of someone, whether its racist, sexist or nVidia-ist!

Well one is fun and apparently women don't object (as much), the other one is not and sadly it still goes on today... just reach into your pocket, something fruity labeled that might be there is a sign of it. It has nothing to do with uncertainty, just that "fed, clothed and put a roof over theirs heads" doesn't exactly qualify as slavery from what I read in the history books. That was the part I didn't get. Our iobag(s) were unfed, unclothed and worked on fields chained by their limbs/neck from dusk till dawn... never-mind housing, they didn't belong to owners, they belonged with a land so that when a land was sold so was the slave, if he died because of sickness, a new one was chained on that land.
