			<description><![CDATA[CPU/Software bottleneck. It is what it is. As of this time Quad GPU isnt worth it. One day hopefully it will be worth $1400. Logic and facts are completely different. yes it doesnt make sense that a CPU at less than 100% could be a bottleneck........but it is. Again look up all quad GPU reviews and see.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Its because of the scaling itself aka. drivers. The cpu is a problem for BENCHMARK in first review, not games. The AMD one says that DX10 got a software bottleneck too. Its just against logic that something that isnt at 100% will slow down things. In benchmarks its different ofc.]]></description>
