			<description><![CDATA[This isn't about the Atom smartphone platform though but rather the successor to Ivy Bridge. In other words a full-featured, high-powered x86 processor. Yes, it'll still pull a lot more power than ARM-based SoCs using a competing process technology. It'll also be a lot more powerful. There's also the fact that cutting power draw in half on a 17-95W platform is a lot more drastic than doing the same on a 0.7-3W platform.]]></description>
