			<description><![CDATA[FUAD gave us a very pretty one-liner pertaining to the noise levels. Looking at the cooler (looks like it's the GTX 460 stock cooler) and the fan measurements (1900 rpm in idle and 3000 rpm under load) I'm just gonna go ahead and say that the card seems to be rather loud. Especially the fact that fuad calls 1900rpm "pretty quiet" kinda bugs me. On a fan that size, "quiet" is below 1200rpm at best... 1900rpm is a long way off.]]></description>
