Llano is able to work in crossfire mode with some discrete Radeon cards, I remember that one of these cards was the hd6570, so if the 6750M is an underclocked 6570, I'll expect that it will be able to run in crossfire mode. If you sum the stream processor of each gpu, it should be around 800 (the 6770 has 720). If everything goes right, llano will be able to render some impressive graphics at decent framerates :).

16:10 is dead (sadly). Anyway, the dv6 has a 1366x768 screen. the 17-inch dv7 has a 1600x900 screen and shouldn't cost much more. The GPUs won't really have a hard time with that resolution.

You'd be surprised. Granted, the crossfire thing would probably make it run about as fast as a desktop 6750, so I guess it wouldn't matter all that much. I wish that it would work in such a way such that both GPUs the 6750M's GDDR5 so it doesn't have a memory bandwidth bottleneck.

I understand your point, I just like higher-rez screens for text. Also my E350 drives a 1920x1080 monitor playing movies very nicely. Surely this GPU can too?

= more work for gpu and higher price :/ Even with FullHD, its still a 15" screen and watching movies/games cant compare to a monitor/tv anyway.

...... :) "sans" means without, not with Im looking and ivy bridge wont be good for small systems until mid 2012, arm a15s not until late 2012 .. so this is it for about a year in that form factor .. if it makes it to that form factor. if it doesn't make it to that form factor, I'm honestly more excited about the a15s than I am about either ivy bridge or haswell, so I'll probably wait for that. ..it's funny to imagine myself borrowing computers for years on end, but that's just the way it goes sometimes :P I'm without a computer right now
