			<description><![CDATA[The after market cooler is the point. If you buy a GTX 560 Ti reference even with rebate and then buy and install a Thermalright Spitfire let's say, that card will end up costing as much as a GTX 570/ HD 6970. On the other hand a GTX 560 Twin Frozr will solve the noise/thermal problems while leaving you just a few frames behind the reference 560 Ti. I believe it's a good choice. The Palit design looks awefull and it won't be as good in terms of cooling or noise as the Twin Frozr, that's an understatement.]]></description>
