No, they have a version of the C-50 that is 5W where they've cut down on certain things like memory compatability and certain GPU things, although which I don't know, that being said Krishna will be damn interesting, most likely AMD will be able to bring atleast C-50 performance in 3W or less which should be good enough for tablets, a sub watt chip of that caliber will probably take a while.

Doesn't AMD have a low-end Fusion product that runs on 3 watts? Lowering the GPU spec and putting that on 28nm should easily get the sub-watt power consumption required.

x86 needs to be at a minimum of 28nm or in Intel's case 22nm as it just runs too hot and isn't designed for a tiny TDP. With enough money and time AMD and Intel will make it work but ARM have a huge advantage at the moment and i would say are pulling away from them not getting caught up.

This shouldn't be too much of a surprise. If you've seen AMD's 2012 roadmap (CES 2011 back in January), you'll note that they have plans to bring in "Krishna" (28nm) for the "Essentials and Tablet" market. "Krishna" is to replace "Ontario" (40nm) or C-series APU.
