			<description><![CDATA[The other thing about Westmere-EX, the masks and such are for a 12-core chip. It was originally supposed to be 12 cores, but intel has decided to release it at a maximum of 10 cores for whatever reason. I don't know if it's TDP limitations or just a complete lack of competition. Probably both.]]></description>
