			<description><![CDATA[Isn't AT&T turning its LTE network on 2H 2011? I mean a HSPA+/LTE Device could just as easily be AT&T only, they seem to have a rather exclusive deal as they get the first Blackberry's of each new family first. Plus since AT&T can roam globally a lot of businesses use them an since BB is enterprise mostly...(plus don't they have the largest amount of BB's on there network)]]></description>
