In recent articles I read that Ivy Bridge will fit in the 1155 socket and hopefully will work whit 6 series chipsets, so, can any body tell me when do Intel plans to add USB 3.0 and 2000Mhz or more support in its upcoming new chips. Thanks

As always it depends on the program you're running but as a rule latency isn't a big issue on Intel chips but AMD is a little more responsive to reduced timings. This is do to the very aggressive pre-fetch on Intel chips. Not sure how sensitive Bulldozer will be to latencies and frequencies though. Hopefully not too long to wait to find out!

I don't get the anti 1600 comments. Who makes the most PC's ? OEM's. What do they use for memory ? Mostly low tier speeds available in bulk volume, hence DDR3 1600. This is where you have your Inspirons and Pavilions. If you need high performance solutions, buy one and enable XMP in the BIOS or UEFI. Done. 1600 is more than capable for mainstream performance which is where the bulk of Intel's business happens anyway. ;-)

I believe Bulldozer supports DDR3-1866 natively. So that's pretty disappointing from Intel. Probably no gigantic clock for clock performance increase, since this is a shrink and not a new architecture. But they should be the beast when it comes to overclocking. Will probably easily smash the 5GHz on air barrier with good temps aswell.

Why do you put such a question when you know we're talking about intel? The problem is in the drivers, and this is when intel stops doing it properly and starts to screw their customers. Most likely it uses the graphics video framebuffer to work so if the that buffer is swapped from the on-die L3 8MB one to the discreet one, it won't work, but that doesn't stop Lucid from making it work.
