Part 2 Don't take my words for it, check the images out, Here is a H67 motherboard: http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/cpu_mainboard/asus_vs_gigabyte_intel_h67_review/1 And here is the P67 mobo: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Foxconn/Intel_P67_P67A-S/1.html Look at the features or check the images and you will discover that H67s don't support overclock not even with "K" series, while P67s support OC only with "K" series but don't have a display connector (VGA or DVI) so they don't support the embedded GPU fused to the Sandy Bridge CPUs.Intel is pretty much screwing every customer looking for a midrange product with the hope of overclocking (which untill now was a very standard thing to do). Good job Intel, 1 pin away and your good to go.

Hmmm what is their motto for H67 boards? "No overclocking bonanza"? Atleast it's a mATX but for full fleged ATX it's truelly a disaster..... For people rating me down, read the reviews and you'll find out 2 things: 1. H67 mobos have a display output (VGA+DVI) which taps into the GPU embedded in the SB CPU but it doesn't support overclocking, not even through multiplier. 2. P67 supports overclocking through multuiplier(for "K" seiries) but the mobos don't have a display connector sticking out of the I/O bracket(no VGA, DVI w/e) so although the CPU has a GPU, you can't use it with this boards. FYI H67 are cheap while P67 are more expensive. Neat, ha? I think Intel needs to be kept in check cause they have been mental lately. /Part 1 rant
