			<description><![CDATA[I suspect that some of the IE users are moving to Firefox and some of the Firefox users are moving to Chrome. Certainly for all of us who originally switched to Firefox a few years ago because IE was so slow, Firefox is now equally slow. These percentages all seem quite small anyway. Must be a slow news day.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[a good percentage of these are in business and schools, my college just uses IE7 as a default and compared to chrome it's rather buggy and less productive, they can't be bothered upgrading to IE8, although Chrome manages to install fine due to the unique installer even though the network administrators don't allow software installation of any kind, so I quickly install it on the machine I'm using then i'm on easy street :-)]]></description>
