			<description><![CDATA[It's a cost effective package that includes memory and vrm cooling, backplate and the advantage that it blows air outside of the case... and from what I've seen, 95% of cases don't have auxiliary case fans. It's better this way for most people. Also while custom cooling solutions will offer lower thermals, most of the AIB's chose to leave out some of the components, e.g. less power phases, or swap them out with lesser value ones for lower costs, e.g. non-Voltera controllers that don't do much. With AMD original ones you get all that you should.]]></description>
