			<description><![CDATA[If this one was passively cooled, it would make some sense for HTC and quiet computing, but since there's this probably quite annoying little fan on it... I don't see much sense. So it's not for gaming, nor for HTC.. who is it for then? ;) I really wish there was more quality passively cooled VGA. It's becoming increasingly hard to find a passively cooled VGA that's also good for gaming, these days.]]></description>
