			<description><![CDATA[It sure would be nice if any edition of Open Office added full support for DITA - a true OASIS open XML standard - especially seeing how the open DITA standard is taking off across so many industries and is now supported out of the box by many commercial office editors and tools include FrameMaker, Quark, Arbortext, XMetal, and a long list of others. Why are they so oblivious to true open standards such as DITA?]]></description>
