As for illegal activities, it is rather naive to think that forcing someone to use their real name will solve anything. The only way would be for everyone to have a completely unique name (I shiver at the thought of John Smith-100000000) and for them to somehow guarantee that said name won't be stolen or falsely used. That's all we need, to worry about someone using a stolen id to commit some felonies and ignorant law enforcers dropping on your door assuming it was you.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Except that this could be misused in China to prohibit freedom of speech, this is actually not a bad thing IMHO.. There is huge increase in illegal activities being conducted around the world under cover of anonymity that pre-paid SIM cards offer to virtually anyone. You give a call here and there, and if cops are on your trail you just throw it away, and again no one know who you are.. I'm just worried that China will use it for more than just that.. :/]]></description>
