I've heard that the 120GB and 250GB PS3s are being replaced by a 160GB and a 320GB. Although the Hard drive increase isn't much, and those who need more space like I do, most likely know how to stick in a 750GB (Highest currently possible) and they will have the new 40nm GPU as seen in the refreshed (but unnoticeable) new slims, the CECH-21xxA and CECH-21xxB. The new slims are CECH-25xxA and CECH-25xxB to my knowledge. (There's a chart on wikipedia :p)
