*modified :) Catalyst 10.7 , ati's proclaimed "fix" HAS BROKEN CROSSFIREX COMPLETELY!. 10.6 was also TRASH. Now, as the ati fanboys BAIL over to the green team for the MASSIVE SLI SCALING on the entire 400 series lineup - ati will continue to screw up every single driver release, and the deluded psychos with a deep nvidia hatred ( they do have that, they even admit it) will still suffer and lie.

@gangsta072 Oh sorry HOMEBOY! but the HD 5000 wasn't forced early, the GTX400 was half a year late, the world doesn't revolve around Nvidia's timeline so deal with that fact firstly. Secondly I don't support ATI, I support AMD as a whole company which includes CPUs, Chipsets and Graphics, if they go & buy a graphics company and completely turn it around then you can't say I supported a shit graphics manufacturer because I never did until AMD took over, and lastly I think some users deserve the abuse they receive from others due to their illogical, irrelevant, bullshit material they post numerous times on these comments, so if you want to start siding with team IQ 5 & under then by all means go for it but don't expect anything positive from doing so. ;-)

A tweak it's all that is needed to reach or surpass the GTX400 series in performance. At least this will be a bigger change than whatever nvidia did from the 8000 to 9000 series, that and what they did to the 9800GTX+ (lolGTS250) is what deserves to be called a rebrand. Phantomware? You mean what Fermi was 8 months ago? :>

@ yourma2000 You have no right to call others BASTARD , you idiot ; besides someone like you does not know how bad ATI Software was before AMD bought them , also that 5xxx chipset was forced to release September/October 2009 and is a half backed piece of shit that you cant fix completely with a driver update - because if you try fix something then something else wont work like before - also every minor change has to be verified - COMPLETELY ..... :zzz The best you can get now is a GTX460 1GB and not any AMD shit even if it cost half and is twice faster...... You poor, deluded bastard

I got a palit gtx 460 sonic yesterday. And i am highly impressed with it. Anti aliasing works like charm. Almost negligible frame rate drop with 4x AA. Crysis has been owned. Well my monitor is only 20" so its more than enough for that.

Oh, you mean the "slightly tweaked" rebrand of the 5000... that whom was it here "Fuad" that got attacked for posting the information on how pathetic a move it is - and AMD's own PR prancer quacked that it will have a few of northern islands optimizations - noting of course northern islands is currently PHANTOMWARE ! LOL bahwhaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaa! Don't worry, the 6000 series will be here in just a few months. :>
